Eligibility Window: You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories (like hairbands or hats) cannot be returned unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
Return Process: To start a return, log into your account on Cubnco.com, go to your orders, and select the items you wish to return. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address free of charge.
Refund Timelines: Once your returned item is received and quality-checked at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
